McNeil / Slack Youth Program - At a Special Meeting of the Congregation on February 24, 2008, nine members were elected to serve on the Associate Minister Search Committee.  The person called as an Associate Youth Minister will play a key role in the development of the McNeil / Slack Youth Program.

Church Cabinet – Coordinates church programs.

Board of Deacons – Guides the spiritual needs of the congregation.  see schedule

Board of Christian Education – Plans and implements education programs.

Board of Trustees – Oversees care of property.

Board of Finances – Oversees finances.

Board of Ushers – Greets people.

Board of Stewardship – Raises funds through pledges.

Board of Outreach – Organizes mission and community support activities.

Fundraising – Organizes fundraising activities.

Nominating Committee – Prepares annual slate of officers, board &

     committee members.

Music Committee – Guides church music programs

Book of Remembrance Committee – Receives and acknowledges memorial

     gifts.

Carter-Tishkins Scholarship Fund Committee – Manages and disburses

      scholarship monies.

Flower Committee – Decorates the church and sanctuary.

Conference Delegates – Represent the congregation at Fairfield East, 

     Connecticut Conference and UCC functions.

Women’s Guild – Social and special projects.
