We’re looking for a joyful Musician & Worship Leader to guide our congregation.
What You'll Do:
-- The music director will lead the music at our Sunday morning service; lead our seasonal choir; engage our congregation with a variety of musical genres and instrumentation; and lead special worship services.
-- Foster Community: Create an atmosphere where worship feels collaborative, casual, and connected.

-- A Warm Facilitator: You care more about participation and shared joy than perfect pitch.
-- Encouraging & Patient: You know how to make people feel safe and excited to sing.
-- Spirit-filled: You bring a sense of humor, lightness, and fun to the ministry.
-- Versatile Musician: You can anchor the service from the piano/organ/guitar while casually guiding the room.
About Our Congregation:
-- We are a small, tight-knit church community that loves to worship together. Our focus is entirely on vibrant group singing during the Sunday service. We want everyone in the pews to feel confident lifting their voices, no matter their musical ability. We have a variety of musicians in the congregation whose gifts are freely shared.
